Our
Story

Jobs Crafters Inc. was founded in 2019 by Roxana Guembes, in Miami-Dade County with the vision of creating equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities to achieve independence and long-term self-sufficiency. Since its inception, the organization has been dedicated to removing barriers to employment by providing tailored support services that respond to the unique needs of each client.

Our core services include job placement, employability skills training, and individualized career development planning. We are proud to serve as a contractor of the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, working in close partnership with their clients to prepare, train, and guide them toward meaningful employment opportunities. By equipping participants with essential workplace skills, confidence, and ongoing support, Jobs Crafters helps individuals not only secure employment but also sustain it as part of a pathway to personal and financial independence.

Beyond workforce readiness, Jobs Crafters is committed to advocacy, empowerment, and inclusion. We recognize that employment is more than just a job—it is a foundation for dignity, independence, and community integration. Our programs are designed to foster resilience, self-advocacy, and long-term growth, ensuring that individuals with disabilities are not only prepared for today’s opportunities but also positioned for future success.

At Jobs Crafters Inc., we believe that every individual deserves the chance to reach their full potential. By working collaboratively with community partners, employers, and vocational rehabilitation services, we are helping to build a stronger, more inclusive workforce in Miami-Dade County and beyond.
